As a Social Media Intern at IIDE's Delhi office, you will play an active role in growing our social media presence, particularly on Instagram and Facebook. You'll assist in creating, strategizing, and executing engaging campaigns, work on captivating visuals, and develop compelling copy that resonates with our audience. Your contributions will be vital in driving our online visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy and Execution
- Manage our primary social media platforms, focusing on Instagram and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the marketing and video teams to develop engaging content such as stories, posts, and reels.
Collaboration and Flexibility
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective content strategies.
- Be adaptable and proactive, willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
- Perform other relevant duties as directed by the management.

Who You Are
Must-Have Skills
- A laptop capable of running Adobe Suite.
- Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Strong communication and writing abilities.
- A passion for social media, with an understanding of current trends and best practices.
- Creative thinking, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in managing social media accounts, even as a fresher.
- Certifications or additional skills in social media marketing or design.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills (bonus).
