Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This role will involve creating engaging content, tracking social media performance, and contributing to business development initiatives, particularly connecting with schools and colleges. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both social media marketing and business development within the cybersecurity industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and create compelling content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Schedule and publish posts to maximize reach and engagement.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to enhance social media strategies.

- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

- Connect with schools and colleges to explore business development opportunities and establish partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Passion for cybersecurity and eagerness to learn about the industry.

- Ability to engage with educational institutions and drive business development efforts.
