Job Description:

As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Avaderma Skin & Hair Clinic, you will be an integral part of our digital marketing team, responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media profiles, and connecting with our audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shooting Reels/Videos with iPhone: Utilize iPhone to capture compelling video content showcasing our clinic's services, client testimonials, and skincare tips.

2. Managing Social Media Profiles: Maintain and optimize our presence on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent and engaging content.

3. Coordinating with Lead Generation Company: Collaborate with our lead generation partner to evaluate the quality of leads and suggest improvements to lead generation strategies.

4. Calling Leads Who Reach via Social Media: Follow up with leads who show interest in our services through social media channels. Conduct informative phone calls to address inquiries and schedule appointments.

5. Content Creation and Curation: Generate original content, including captions, graphics, and short-form videos, to captivate our audience. Curate relevant content from industry influencers to share with our followers.

6. Engagement and Community Management: Interact with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Foster a sense of community and monitor engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in shooting and editing videos using iPhone or similar devices.

- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

- Creative mindset with a passion for skincare, beauty, and aesthetics.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in social media marketing or content creation is advantageous.
