Job Description

Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and revenue growth
Create and execute social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
Manage and maintain the company s social media accounts, ensuring they are updated regularly and in line with the company s brand guidelines
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless social media process
Continuously monitor and stay current with social media trends and best practices
Monitor and analyse social media metrics to improve performance and make adjustments as needed
Manage social media advertising budget and ensure all campaigns are cost-effective
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute social media campaigns
Provide regular reporting and analysis of social media performance to senior management

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a social media role, ideally within the Information Technology Services industry
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Experience with social media advertising and campaign management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit own work
