Influencer Marketing Manager
Experience: 1.5 to 3 years

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop & execute influencer marketing strategy including but not limited to campaign briefs, guidelines and objectives for influencers
- Onboard new influencers, maintain relations with existing ones
- Lead the ideation & creation of engaging content in collaboration with influencers
- Creating campaign plans and pitching to client till closing
- Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact
- Identify target audience and appropriate influencers for campaigns
- Monitor & analyse campaign performance
- Refine influencer selection as per data driven insights
- Upselling and finding new clients
- Client servicing
- Providing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
- Optimize influencer marketing strategies based on performance data and insights
- Track expenses and campaign costs, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management
**Experience in music marketing is a plus
