We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Fresher. As an SMM Fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our social media marketing initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including copywriting, image sourcing, and basic graphic design.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and content to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging.

• Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling social media posts, managing content calendars, and responding to customer inquiries or comments on social media platforms.

Assist with community management efforts by engaging with followers, fostering meaningful interactions, and building relationships with our online audience.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.

Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is a plus.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
