Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement across various platforms, and managing client relationships.
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve client-specific goals.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and insights to optimize performance and content.
Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including paid promotions, to achieve specific marketing objectives and maximize ROI.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to both internal teams and clients.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity and client expectations.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are current, effective, and competitive.
Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Handle client communications, understand their needs, and tailor social media strategies to meet their specific objectives.
Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on social media performance data, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership.
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably within a digital design or creative agency.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and generate actionable insights.
Experience with social media advertising, campaign management, and budget optimization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle client relationships effectively.
A keen eye for design and visual content creation is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
