Social Media Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating content, driving engagement, and growing our online presence across all social platforms. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to promote brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and foster a positive online community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Social Media Strategy: Create, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, images, videos, and news) that aligns with brand voice.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid and organic strategies, to drive engagement and growth.
- Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day management of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and moderate online comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong relationships with followers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, provide regular reports on key metrics, and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Brand Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as design, PR, and product teams, to ensure brand consistency and unified messaging.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and strong visual design abilities.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
