About The Role: As a Social Media Associate at The Indus Valley, you will be at the

forefront of our mission to revolutionize cooking habits across India. You'll play a

pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative, engaging with our audience, and driving our

social media presence to new heights. If you're passionate about social media content

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a dynamic social media calendar aligned with our brand's

objectives, ensuring timely and engaging content across platforms.

Create visually stunning and compelling content, including posts, stories, videos,

and reels, using tools like Canva and video editing software.

Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and platform updates, integrating

new features and formats into our content strategy to maximize reach and

engagement.

Implement UTM parameters and track campaign effectiveness, utilizing Excel for

data analysis and reporting on daily metrics.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and capitalize on

moment marketing opportunities to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Oversee the creation and management of in-house reels for Instagram and

YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

Maintain and manage our social media accounts, including Instagram and

YouTube, with a focus on consistent posting, engagement, and community

management.

Provide end-to-end management of social media campaigns, from

conceptualization to execution and performance analysis.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively with

internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and consistency across

all social media channels.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio

showcasing creativity and proficiency in content creation.

Expertise in social media platforms, including Instagram and YouTube, with a

preference for candidates with a social media creator profile.

Proficiency in tools such as Canva, video editing software, Excel, and social

media analytics tools.

Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and best practices.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from social

media data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple

projects simultaneously.
