• Role Description

We're seeking a skilled Social Media Marketer to lead our online presence and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain and Web3 technologies, as well as experience in creating and implementing effective social media marketing strategies. The role involves managing our social media accounts, posting engaging content, and driving brand awareness and growth.

• Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies.

• Manage and schedule posts, banners, and posters on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms

Create engaging content (captions, posts, stories) about Soileum's products, services, and industry trends.

• Stay updated on blockchain and Web3 news, trends, and developments

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with company goals and campaigns

• Analyze engagement metrics and adjust marketing strategy accordingly

Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms

• Lead social media advertising efforts (paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, etc.)

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community

• Take ownership of social media crises and develop strategies to mitigate them

Identify and capitalize on trending topics and hashtags.

• Key Skills & Qualifications required

2+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field

• Strong understanding of blockchain and Web3 technologies (e.g., cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, decentralized applications)

Experience with social media management tools and analytics

• Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
