Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Develop and manage online advertising strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to maximize results.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to implement innovative strategies.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on campaign progress and performance.
Evaluate results of performance marketing campaign
- Requirements and Skill Set
2-5 years of experience in performance and customer acquisition marketing. Experience in a customer-facing app is a plus. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
