We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to join our team. This role involves end-to-end management of social media accounts, including content calendar creation, page optimization, and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and will be responsible for designing engaging posts, crafting compelling captions, and utilizing keywords and tags effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Calendar Creation: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing strategies and business goals.
- Page Optimization: Optimize social media profiles for maximum visibility and engagement, ensuring all information is current and relevant.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content creation and engagement tactics.
- End-to-End Social Media Account Handling: Manage all aspects of social media accounts, including strategy development, content creation, posting, and performance analysis.
- Designing: Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content that resonates with the target audience and enhances brand presence.
- Caption Writing: Craft engaging and persuasive captions that encourage audience interaction and drive traffic.
- Posting: Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms, ensuring optimal timing for audience engagement.
- Engagement: Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community and brand loyalty.
- LinkedIn Posts: Develop and post content specifically tailored for LinkedIn, focusing on professional engagement and networking.
- Keywords and Tags: Implement effective keyword strategies and tagging practices to enhance discoverability and reach of posts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Location: Kota, Rajasthan
Salary: 15k-20k
Previous experience in same domain (role) is preferred.
