Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our organization's online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive traffic to our website or other digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content calendars and ensure alignment with marketing campaigns and company objectives.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to grow our online presence.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to amplify our reach and engagement.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and audience behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging content that reflects our brand identity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of managing social media accounts and driving engagement.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing techniques is desirable.
- A passion for social media and a genuine interest in connecting with our audience to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 5,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
