Job Overview
As a Social Media Manager at TMRW House Of Brands, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with our target audience. We are looking for a dynamic individual with senior level experience in managing social media platforms and driving successful social media campaigns. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion & lifestyle industry
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful social media strategies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns and budget
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Create and manage social media content calendars
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
- Identify trends and insights to enhance social media strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage social media advertising campaigns
- Respond to social media mentions, inquiries, and comments in a timely manner
- Track and report on key social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
