• Position Overview:

The Wise Owl is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of our social media presence.

• Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.

• Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Manage and monitor our social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

• Analyze social media metrics and use insights to optimize content and improve performance.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand our reach.

• Utilize expert knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads to create and optimize paid advertising campaigns.

Monitor and adjust ad campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the digital marketing or SAAS industry.

Proven track record of growing social media followings and driving engagement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

• Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads).

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
