Social Media Marketing on Instagram- this includes strategy planning, content planning, planning the shoot mood board, shooting content including reels and pictures, posting the content as per a schedule, posting any new content that may come up in the kitchen or at a sales location, shooting and posting daily content for the page
Performance Analysis afterposting
Reaching out and communication with Influencers
Managing DM's, WhatsApp and Emails from the websites .
Taking down the order and communicating it to the production team and working in tandem with them for
Campaign Development for a specific day/period/ audience and the subsequent Marketing and Analysis
Graphics for the brand
Managing DM's on Instagram, our website and our WhatsApp
Data Base Management for the brand
Client Servicing and Guest Relations online and if required in-house
Working with online aggregators to increase visibility and growth and relationship management via their medium
