Job Purpose and Impact
We are looking for someone that has experience of 4+ years working with multiple brands in the social media marketing space. Must be well-organized, a strong communicator, client-facing, rock-star that bleeds social media marketing. We are growing and need someone that can hit the ground running!
Candidate will oversee Social Media campaigns which include but are not limited to: research, campaign & content creation, execution, monitoring and reporting.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana and Olapic
- Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms
- Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote organization and brand
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitor, track, analyze, report and optimize social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- Understand the KPIs, set targets and deliver
- Manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
- Manage and train social media executives and juniors
- Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
- Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or in-person
Required Skills and Experience for the role:
- A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
- Experience required is 4 to 6 years in social media
- Agency experience is a must
- Knowledge and understanding of algorithms
- Creative skills to contribute new and innovative ideas
- Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
- Leadership qualities to lead and motivate a team. Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills
- Organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects
- The ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
- Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
