Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok etc.) to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
- Create and curate engaging, brand-aligned content, including posts, stories, reels, and other trending formats.
- Act as an influencer yourself, promoting our brand, values, and mission across various channels to engage our audience.
- Partner with influencers, thought leaders, and industry professionals to create sponsored content and broaden our reach.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering a supportive online community.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and technologies and incorporate these trends into our strategies.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure our social media channels align with our broader marketing goals.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost the brand's presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Social Media manager, specialist, influencer, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in content creation and management across various social media platforms.
- Experience being a social media influencer, creating a strong personal brand, and leveraging it to foster community engagement.
- Excellent understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics.
