Social Media Manager

Role Description

Taleworthy is scouting for a creative, driven Social Media Manager for our Taleworthy office located in Gurugram. This is a full-time hybrid role. You will be our designated storyteller for key clients and will be responsible for creating, developing and executing content and campaigns for social media handles for Taleworthy and its clients. Our clients goals are our goals you'll work towards increasing brand exposure, followers, building community engagement and driving leads. We love people who bring in new ideas, research the landscape and try out new ways to tell brand stories - and you'll be in charge of bringing your vision to life by collaborating with our graphics and video team. You'll also be client facing in this role and ideate new campaigns across multiple platforms, as well as daily management of social media accounts, responding to DMs, community engagement and maintaining brand consistency across said channels.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role for 1-2 years
• Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Exceptional creative writing and editing skills with the ability to generate and publish original, engaging content such as stories, reels and brand campaign ideas.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Creative and passionate storyteller with the ability to create new campaigns.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and clients
