We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Lead who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, leveraging AI and Web 3 technologies to reach target audiences effectively.
- Brand Building: Lead efforts to enhance brand visibility and positioning, crafting compelling narratives that highlight our unique value proposition in the market.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content across various channels, including website, blog, social media, and multimedia platforms, to drive audience engagement and thought leadership.
- Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to generate leads and conversions.
- Community Engagement: Foster an active and vibrant community around our products and services, engaging with users, partners, and industry stakeholders through forums, events, and online communities.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation, informing product development and marketing strategies.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and product roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of marketing experience in web3, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Deep understanding of DeFi space
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
