As the Always-On Sr. Associate/Manager - Social media, you will be responsible for building out creatives for social, writing captions, planning posts, reels, and communications and posting content on the brand's social channels.

A day in the life of a Sr. Associate/ Manager - Social Media

• Partner with the team to understand brand needs and objectives, developing social-first creative ideas that result in unique and engaging content.
• Manage content creation and maintain a comprehensive calendar for all key social media channels.
• Write compelling copy and captions for both video and static posts, posting content when necessary to ensure optimal engagement and reach.
• Generate original and impactful creative concepts in response to client briefs and objectives.
• Share insights and ideas based on the latest social media trends and platform-specific best practices, utilizing a deep understanding of social media inventory to determine the best use of features like Instagram Stories vs. Instagram Feeds.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of all stages of the creative process.
• Ensure that all content meets high standards of creativity and originality.

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• 2-4 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within a digital advertising agency
• A portfolio showcasing your involvement in mind-blowing work across social media platforms.
• You are agile and a doer
• You have excellent communication skills, with your can-do attitude.
• Pushing the envelope and inviting the future of content creation by dabbling in AI Writer and AI Design Tools like Chatgpt, Runaway and more. Approaching everything as a problem solver.
• You're always on the lookout for the latest trends and technologies in the industry because you're just that curious.
• You're a digital genius with an innate taste for the latest and greatest social platforms, digital technology, an instinct for snappy writing and a natural feel for what the audience wants.
• A music enthusiast with a strong enthusiasm for music, especially hip hop and other urban music.
