Steadfast Nutrition is looking for social media manager who is responsible for managing social media accounts and helping in building its brand with consistent efforts to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and maintaining a consistent, engaging, and effective social media presence for a company that aligns with its brand values.
Job Description
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns.
- Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Developing and executing content calendars and cultivating social media communities.
- To manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, Planning, creating, and implementing content to suit different channels.
- Work with the internal team (Creative Manager, Script Writer, Videographer, editor, and Influencer Manager) to finalise the creative route and drive execution.
- Set specific objectives and report on the ROI.
- Boost social media content to drive followers and engagement.
- Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns.
- Manage ORM: communicate with followers, respond to queries on a daily basis, and monitor customer reviews.
- Analyse competitor activity - Do extensive research on social content that other consumer brands are creating to draw on best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
