Job Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for all 4 divisions (Coal, Yarn & Textiles, Logistics, and Solar).
Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Strategize visually appealing graphics for social media posts, including festive content.
Coordinate with the design team to create creatives related to coal, solar, yarn & textile, and logistics.
Design and implement employee engagement programs on social media.
Proficient in content writing and strategizing with a focus on SEO.
Ensure keywords drive search engine optimization for all segments.
Schedule and post content and creatives on social media platforms.
Conduct analytics for social media marketing, targeting specific segmentsand areas.
Analyzing data, Reporting metrics to key stakeholders, Ensuring brand
consistency, Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)like link clicks,likes, and other metricsof social media marketing campaigns
Ensure progress on all platforms using analytical tools such as Google
Analytics.
Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar,which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.
Provide detailed reports on the condition and changes in social media
pages for all segments.
Ensure consistent and effective branding, considering the unique
requirements of each division.
Avoid cross-branding and ensure content aligns with the values of all fourdivisions.
Collaborating with other marketing and advertising professionals/vendors.
Required Qualifications Knowledge
Proficient in social media platforms and analytics
Knowledge of graphic design & tools like Adobe Creative Suite
HR business partnering skills
In-depth understanding of SEO & SMO principles
Technical proficiency in social media management tools
