We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing, with a knack for generating innovative ideas and engaging content that drives results. You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, developing content ideas, and collaborating with our team to create impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage daily social media activities across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and implement a robust content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals and resonates with our target audience.
- Content Ideation: Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas that drive engagement and brand awareness, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Basic Content Creation: Create high-quality graphics, videos, and posts using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to build and maintain a strong online community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Paid Social Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Basic skills in graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus.
