Job Title: Social Media Manager
We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create, plan, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
Brand Awareness:
Increase brand awareness through innovative social media campaigns.Audience Engagement:
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and in a way that aligns with the brand's voice.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies. Prepare regular reports on social media performance.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency and get input on campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
