What does the ideal candidate look like
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and tools for content scheduling, analytics, and reporting.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark) and familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing social media metrics to optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content and campaigns.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem solver with a customer-centric approach.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and target audience.
- Plan, produce, and curate compelling and visually attractive content for a variety of social media platforms.
- Manage the publishing calendar, ensuring consistent posting and timely updates.
- Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms to encourage interaction and strengthen the community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and video) to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement rates, and lead generation via social media channels.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice across all platforms.
