• Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Jasola, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with the ability to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and engagement.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and brand awareness.

• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Monitor and respond to user interactions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

• Analyze social media metrics and generate monthly reports to gauge the success of campaigns and strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our social media presence.

• Skills and Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
