Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, content creation, and analytical skills to effectively promote our brand and achieve our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the companys business goals and marketing objectives.
- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertisements, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, customers, and influencers to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and performance. Use insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to keep the companys social media presence fresh and innovative.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and designers to ensure brand consistency and to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Crisis Management: Address and manage any social media crises or negative feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Location - Saket, New Delhi
Working Days - Mon to Sat (2nd & 4th Sat off)
Budget - 25,000 to 35,000/- Per month
