Essential Functions
- Design social media strategies to achieve client s marketing objectives
- Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content
- Administer various social media accounts for multiple clients, ensuring up-to-date content
- Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and QA sessions)
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
- Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
- Takes ownership of all tasks and clients assigned ensuring each task, whether it is being executed by another team member or not is being done with precision and care
- Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
- Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
- Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Excellent writer with the ability to communicate concise, action-oriented copy that builds engagement and trust among target audiences
