Role Overview:
Outdo is seeking a talented Copywriter + Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping the social media presence of both the agency and our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will be a versatile communicator, capable of crafting compelling narratives and managing dynamic social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and curate social media content for Outdo and its clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and fulfill their social media objectives.
- Work with graphic designers to produce visually appealing and engaging creatives.
- Develop comprehensive content calendars, including copy, captions, and hashtags.
- Handle social media advertising campaigns, if experienced.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and technologies.
- Ensure alignment of content with client branding and messaging goals.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to clients on a quarterly basis, focusing on enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in social media management and/or copywriting.
- Demonstrated success in managing social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and their application in social media.
- If you have experience working in an agency, it will be a bonus point!
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for design.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics, and Canva.
- Independent and collaborative work capabilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive in learning and adapting to new trends and technologies.
- Familiarity with AI tools in social media strategy is highly advantageous.
