Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary: As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across various platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing social media campaigns, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure our online presence aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and optimize social media accounts for in-house brands and partner brands.
  • Create engaging content, grow followers, and drive brand engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure the successful launch and functionality of the digital platforms.
  • Share content and creative calendars by the 25th of the prior month.

Content Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective content marketing strategies for all campaigns.

Influencer Marketing: Oversee the strategy and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

Strategy Team Responsibilities During Pitches: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform campaign strategies. Develop well-defined campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends is essential.
