- Job Summary: As the Social Media Manager at Nino Foods, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving meaningful interactions. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Strategy Development:
Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Nino Foods brand objectives and marketing goals.Content Creation:
Develop engaging, high-quality content including text, images, videos, and infographics that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand voice.Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, customers, and influencers to build and maintain positive relationships.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and relevant.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Crisis Management: Handle any social media issues or crises promptly and professionally to protect the company's reputation.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the food and beverage industry or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Creative thinking with a strong understanding of visual content and branding.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
