Job Description:
- Develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services.
- Create engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up to date on the latest marketing technologies and social media.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms while ensuring that all content aligns with the company's branding and messaging guidelines.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and publish social media posts across various platforms, monitor and respond to comments and messages, and track engagement metrics to help refine social media strategy.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics. Provide regular reports to the marketing team on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the industry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the marketing team, as well as cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices through online research, attending webinars, and participating in industry events.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other digital marketing-related tasks as assigned by the marketing manager or team lead.
