The Social Media Manager will work within the Marketing Department, collaborating closely with the Content, Design, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective online brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand s goals, increases our online presence, and enhances user engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and brand-aligned content for our social media channels, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage social media partnerships with other brands; and cultivate a community atmosphere.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze data, and create reports to inform strategy adjustments and present insights to stakeholders.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns that effectively promote our brand, products, and services, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Essential
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
