RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brainstorming for campaign ideas.
Working with the team to set up social media strategy and plans for clients
Development of brand awareness and community management through various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
Ensuring brand consistency in marketing and social media communication.
Tracking reports and analyzing the effectiveness of social media performance of clients by measuring key performance metrics.
Analyzing social media insights to guide future social media campaigns.
Using social media research tools to undertake social media audits (familiarity with tools would be a bonus) and regular reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
Self-motivated, passionate and open to learning with a positive attitude
The ability to work in a highly challenging and dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy in terms of quality & quantity.
Experience in content creation.
Fluency in Englishboth written and verbal.
Expertise in social media channels and tools (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and others)
Being in tune with the latest social media trends, online behavior and how to leverage them for business advantage.
Thorough understanding of the brand's communication including tone of response and adherence to brand's policy guidelines
