Job Description

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize content and strategy for better results.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities on social media, and leverage insights to enhance our own strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and measure ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and communicates our brand message effectively.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Passion for digital marketing and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
