Job Title: Social Media Manager - Instagram

Job Overview: Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital is one of the fastest growing and loved Ayurveda wellness hospital in the World. Recently our social media has started performing exceptionally well and we are now looking to hire a social media manager specially focussed for Instagram, who will take our reach and communication to greater heights.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and posting engaging visual and written content that align with our brand's identity and resonates with our target audience on the social media (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) platforms.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop visually appealing and high-quality content for Instagram, including images, videos, and captions.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent, and aligned with our marketing objectives.

Strategy and Planning:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content calendar and plan campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to incorporate relevant strategies.

Audience Engagement:

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on Instagram to foster community engagement.
• Implement strategies to grow the follower base and increase interaction with our content.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance metrics on Instagram to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to inform future content strategies.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and other team members to create compelling visual content.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners for cross-promotional opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram's features, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools.
• Proficient in shooting, recording content from a phone or camera.
• Excellent written communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing previous Instagram content creation.
• Familiarity with social media trends and emerging platforms.
• Understanding of analytics tools for performance tracking.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and priorities.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

Salary Structure: Rs. 60,000 per month.

Place of work: Shalimar Bagh, North West Delhi.

Minimum Work experience 5 years.
