Purpose:The role holder will develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement Growth-Driven Social Media Strategies:
Design and implement social media strategies focused on rapid follower growth and increasing brand reach for EuroKids and Kangaroo Kids Pre-School Brands. Leverage trends, viral content strategies, and audience insights to boost shareability and follower acquisition
Create Growth Plans with SMART Goals
Establish a strategic roadmap to achieve growth targets, setting Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) goals to guide each phase of development. Outline clear, actionable steps for short-term and long-term growth, mapping resources required and regularly assessing progress and adjusting as needed to ensure alignment with overall brand goals
Engaging Content Creation:
Craft compelling, shareable content (e.g., posts, videos, memes) that encourages non-followers to engage and follow our brand. Experiment with various content types and formats to identify what resonates most with our audience, focusing on video, interactive posts, and user-generated content
Community management:
Review ORM reports regularly & enhance response templates and improve engagement quality
Monitor online conversations and sentiment using tools like Meltwater, tracking positive/negative share of voice and identifying opportunities for proactive engagement. Actively jump in to manage crises or address negative comments, ensuring timely and professional responses to uphold brand reputation
Data-Driven Optimization
Track and analyze social media performance metrics, focusing on engagement rates, shares, comments, saves, and follower growth
Cross-Platform Strategy:
Develop cohesive cross-platform strategies that align with our brand's message, adapting content to each platform's strengths (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WorkPlace, WhatsApp)
