Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our online presence, growing our brand awareness, and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy

Create, curate, and schedule content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter

Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance to optimize campaigns

Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and build community engagement

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in social media, design tools, and applications

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategy

Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools

Excellent communication and writing skills

Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content

Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and online advertising

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
