Role Overview:We are looking for a passionate and proactive Social Media Wizard to lead our social media presence. As the one-man army for K9 Vitality's social media, you will have full ownership of everything from content creation to strategy execution. You'll be responsible for driving our organic growth, building meaningful partnerships, and ensuring the K9 Vitality brand resonates with dog lovers.

Key Responsibilities:- Content Creation: Shoot, create, and edit engaging content for K9 Vitality, with a primary focus on Instagram and some presence on other platforms.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our organic presence, create viral content, and drive engagement.
- Partnership Building: Build strong partnerships with UGC creators, influencers, veterinarians, and nutritionists to enhance our brand's reach and credibility.
- Full Ownership: Take ownership of the entire social media processfrom content ideation and creation to execution and analysis.
- Collaborator Management: Work closely with external partners to ensure timely project deliveries for social media campaigns.
- Network Building: Collaborate with creators, influencers, and partners via email, phone calls, and Instagram to build a robust network of content partners.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Track and report daily on key social media metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- SOPs & Process Optimization: Develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient social media management.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the decision-making process on strategies, optimizations, and hiring suggestions, helping K9 Vitality grow across social media.
- Seamless Execution: Establish quick connections with existing collaborators and start executing projects with immediate impact.
Requirements:- Experience: Proven success in growing and managing social media accounts, particularly on Instagram.
- Content Creation Skills: Experience in shooting, editing, and curating content that drives engagement and builds brand loyalty.
- Passion for Dogs: You're a dog parent and have a deep understanding of what resonates with pet parents.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to lead strategy development, execute social media plans, and deliver measurable results.
- Networking & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with influencers, UGC creators, vets, and other partners to build valuable relationships.
- Social Media Savvy: Expertise in tracking and analyzing social media KPIs, optimizing processes, and creating viral content.
- Fast Execution: Ability to take over quickly and execute immediately upon joining, working with existing collaborators seamlessly.
- Leadership: Capable of providing strategic leadership in optimizing processes, creating SOPs, and recommending hires to build a stronger team.
- Independence & Ownership: Comfortable taking full ownership of the social media function and driving results autonomously.
