Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Develop Social Media Strategy: Formulate and execute a holistic social media strategy aimed at achieving lead generation goals while maintaining brand identity and engagement.

2. Content Creation and Curation: Create engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics, to attract and retain followers and drive engagement..

3. Lead Generation: Implement lead generation tactics such as gated content, contests, and interactive quizzes to capture potential leads information and nurture them through the sales funnel.

4. Community Management: Foster a vibrant and interactive social media community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, and actively engaging with users to cultivate relationships and drive lead generation.

5. Social Media Advertising: Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, optimizing targeting and messaging to maximize lead generation and ROI.

6. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key metrics related to lead generation, including lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead. Generate regular reports to assess performance and inform strategic decisions.

7. Stay Updated with Trends: Stay abreast of emerging trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing and lead generation, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness and effectiveness.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media activities with overall business objectives and ensure seamless lead generation and nurturing processes.

9. Influencer Outreach: Identify and partner with relevant influencers and industry experts to amplify reach, credibility, and lead generation efforts, leveraging their audience and authority to attract and convert leads.
