Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting and managing content, developing and executing social media strategies, and engaging with our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.

- Create, schedule, and manage posts across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, ).

- Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers to build a strong online community.

- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
