Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day management, growth, and optimization of the organization's presence on specific social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). This role focuses on building a strong online presence, fostering engagement, and achieving platform-specific goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Platform Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy for a specific platform to achieve organizational goals. Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
2.Content Management: Create, curate, and schedule platform-specific content that resonates with the target audience. Optimize content for the chosen platform, considering its unique features.
3.Audience Engagement: Actively manage and monitor the organization's presence on the designated social media platform. Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the platform's community. Foster and grow an engaged online community.
5.Advertising and Promotion: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on the specific social media platform. Optimize ad performance and budget allocation.
6. Content Innovation: Stay creative and find innovative ways to engage the audience on the chosen platform. Experiment with new content formats and trends.
Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in managing and growing a specific social media platform.
- In-depth knowledge of the chosen platform's features and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in platform-specific analytics tools.
- Effective written and visual communication skills.
