The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The role involves creating and managing content, engaging with our audience, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create and curate engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others.
Define and track social media KPIs to measure the success of every social media campaign.- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
- Oversee social media accounts design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout, etc.).
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
- Analyze and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.- Manage and oversee social media content creation, including working with graphic designers and content creators.
