We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Social Media Manager with over 4+ years of experience to join our team. This role requires a dynamic, creative professional who excels at developing and executing social media strategies, managing client relationships, and delivering results that align with client goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading social media campaigns, crafting compelling content strategies, and effectively communicating with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Social Media Management: Lead the development of comprehensive social media strategies for clients across various industries, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and target audience insights.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to develop creative concepts that resonate with the client's target audience and align with their brand voice.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns. Ensure timely delivery of content, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to clients. Provide regular, comprehensive reports on campaign success, engagement rates, and ROI.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on industry trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies to keep client strategies fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of managing client accounts and executing successful campaigns.
- Strategic & Creative Skills: Strong ability to develop innovative social media strategies while thinking creatively to produce engaging and impactful content.
- Client Management Expertise: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in managing client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
- Social Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze social media data and translate findings into actionable insights for clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms.
- Experience managing social media for a variety of industries, including B2B and B2C.
- Knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimization.
