Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to improve our social media presence.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.Campaigns:
Plan and execute social media campaigns and contests to boost engagement and follower growth.Reel Creation: Create captivating and trendy reels to capture audience attention and increase engagement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with HoldOnWorld's brand voice and values.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for travel and an understanding of the travel industry is a plus.
