Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business objectives for our clients.

• Responsibilities:

• 1 - Strategy Development:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and target audiences.

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies to achieve client objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually refine strategies.

• 2- Content Creation:

Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

• Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with client branding and messaging.

• 3- Community Engagement:

Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations, comments, and mentions.

• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive interactions to build brand loyalty.

Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and increase audience participation.

• 4- Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

Use data insights to optimize strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• 5- Internal Communication:

Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of social media strategies.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

• Passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
