Job Description

  • As a social media manager, you'll manage an organisations online presence by developing and implementing their social media strategy.
  • you'll lead campaigns and projects across a range of social media channels, producing engaging content, analysing usage data, building relationships with specific geo and facilitating tailored service for respective geo s (includes both India & UAE).
  • Social media strategies often integrate both organic (free content, such as posts, photos, videos, blogs and memes) and paid (advertising) strategies.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, keeping track of trending content - video and audio - on Instagram (also applicable for other platforms)
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Scheduling posts / reels posting on social channels
  • Maintaining the monthly deck of creatives
  • Updating social media trackers - including influencer data received from the agency
  • Sharing weekly/Monthly reports from Sprout Social
  • Coordinating with the digital team for post-boosting as and when required, and keeping track of the same
  • Brainstorming contest ideas for FB affinity groups
  • Shortlisting winners, and coordinating with them to get contact details for further processing
  • User engagement by keeping a record of comments from the audience, and responding to them with the help of the copy team
  • Regular follow-up and coordination with the agency for any ongoing influencer campaign
  • Reviewing influencer videos/captions on Instagram before collaborating with them live.
  • Listing prospective FB groups for collaboration
  • Creating tentative calendars for all FB groups the brand is presently collaborating with
  • Coordinating with the social media team (Creative and copy) for FB group creatives including awareness posts, contests, and coupon code creatives.
  • Regular check on FB groups to ensure that the content is being posted and updating links of the same in the calendar
  • Coordinating with the CRM team to get coupon codes generated for FB groups or for contest winners
  • Aligning details of contest winners and monthly samplers with the help of group admins
  • Getting necessary approvals from the internal team for all activities.
