Coordinating with the digital team for post-boosting as and when required, and keeping track of the same
Brainstorming contest ideas for FB affinity groups
Shortlisting winners, and coordinating with them to get contact details for further processing
User engagement by keeping a record of comments from the audience, and responding to them with the help of the copy team
Regular follow-up and coordination with the agency for any ongoing influencer campaign
Reviewing influencer videos/captions on Instagram before collaborating with them live.
Listing prospective FB groups for collaboration
Creating tentative calendars for all FB groups the brand is presently collaborating with
Coordinating with the social media team (Creative and copy) for FB group creatives including awareness posts, contests, and coupon code creatives.
Regular check on FB groups to ensure that the content is being posted and updating links of the same in the calendar
Coordinating with the CRM team to get coupon codes generated for FB groups or for contest winners
Aligning details of contest winners and monthly samplers with the help of group admins
Getting necessary approvals from the internal team for all activities.
