Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads for Food Groww and our clients.

  • Manage and curate content calendars for various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and high-quality posts that align with brand identity and messaging.

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and platform algorithm changes to inform strategy and tactics.

  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a sense of community around Food Grow and our clients brands.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.

  • Stay informed about industry news, events, and relevant topics to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance optimization.

  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on social media performance, trends, and opportunities for growth.

  • Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation.

  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions and optimize social media performance.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in the food industry or a related field is a plus.

  • A passion for food and a genuine interest in staying updated on food trends and culinary developments.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Up to 20,000.00 per month
