Manage and curate content calendars for various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and high-quality posts that align with brand identity and messaging.
Create engaging and visually appealing content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and platform algorithm changes to inform strategy and tactics.
Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a sense of community around Food Grow and our clients brands.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
Stay informed about industry news, events, and relevant topics to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance optimization.
Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on social media performance, trends, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation.
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions and optimize social media performance.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the food industry or a related field is a plus.
