The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the social media presence of our clients, creating engaging content, and maintaining their websites on WordPress. This role requires a blend of social media management, graphic design, video editing, web development skills, ad campaign management, and client interaction. Additionally, the Social Media Manager will work with a team of designers, developers, and other professionals to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Implement and manage social media strategies for clients.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor client social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide reports to improve engagement and reach.
Graphic Design:
- Work with designers to create visually appealing graphics for client social media posts, banners, and advertisements.
- Ensure all graphics are in line with the client s brand identity and messaging.
Video Editing:
- Work with video editors to create and edit video content for client social media, websites, and promotional purposes.
- Work on both short-form and long-form video content to enhance clients digital presence.
Web Development (WordPress):
- Work with developers to maintain and update client WordPress websites.
- Ensure the websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues for clients.
Ad Campaign Management:
- Develop and manage ad campaigns across various social media platforms for clients.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve the best results.
- Analyze ad metrics and provide reports to track ROI and campaign effectiveness for clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, video editing, WordPress web development, and ad campaign management.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Filmora ( Tools are never the restriction )
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
- Experience with ad campaign tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to meet with clients and adapt to their requirements.
- Experience in working with a team of designers, developers, and other professionals.
- Prior proven experience in internships or freelance projects is preferred.
